Whilst it is easy to run down my resumé of 16 years working at a Media Agency in the West End in London, my 7 year long stint of luxurious hotels and the entertainment section, my current role at Condé Nast Traveller or listing my qualifications, it is my true passion that makes up a large percentage of 'me'.

Since I was a child growing up in a small rural town in the northern part of Germany, East Frisia, I have had a natural interest in vitamins, herbs, health and intuition. This was eons before we had heard of 'you are what you eat', fruit smoothies - never mind vegetables in liquid form, nor did we know the impact of healthy, natural food or herbs as a supplement other than peppermint tea for an upset tummy or mum's daily delicious and tasty home cooking. I still can't get over the fact that I hadn't heard of pizza was at the age of 7 or that I had my first cheeseburger at 14 years old. I vividly remember my friend's astonished expression that I did not know what a burger was. To add to the confusion she mentioned 'Hamburger' which in German is obviously a city in the North of Germany. Oh my!!!!

Over the years there is something else that developed gradually and that was the mystery of intuition and psychic ability. Having had surprising and out of the ordinary experiences myself, which I could not explain, I've been taunted with investigating, trying and testing this extraordinary phenomenon and researching for scientific proof. To this day I am committed to get a step closer to unanswered questions: the why? the how? the how can we become more intuitive? and the more I learn and discover the more I am drawn in...

The subject fascinates me not only on a personal level, but from a business point of view of how the most successful Business Leaders use intuition, their gut feeling to make their most important decisions. Add money to the game and it changes everything, because money does funny things to us.
